 Hi! The graduation party of that big boy is over now. The prince was there with his father, but the overall was not. I didn't get it done. Not the way I would have wanted. I did my best, but the time was not on my side. I don't know when I get my next chance.  After that party I've done some needlework, a legwarmer, but it has been easier to knit. And now I have a dark blue scarf on my needles.  The overall is still on my needles too, but I've been way too tired to be able to knit one single stitch. I've dreamed I could stitch a canvas I have, but no. I've been too tired for that one too. Feels so frustrating! I have another overall on my mind too. Its' new owner is The Princess of The South. She's not very big yet. I hope it will fit her. The legs are turqoise, and the upper part is orange, and the sleeves are red. I just need to warn the mother of the princess, that she must wash the overall in 30 degrees Celsius. The yarn, as mix as it is, requires t...

 Hi I should not mention my knitting here, but I make an exception today. I have a kind of overall or something on my needles. The back piece has been knitted from A to Z. The front is still on my needles. It is facing quite critical spot. I was certain I'd be alert enough today to make that spot. But no. Not today. Even a simple zigzag - hat causes problems. That's how I know I can't grab the overall today. I joined it as one yesterday. The whole front piece is on one needle. It was not any easy thing to do. And now! I was so certain I could make the critical decreases today. Nope. I need rest before I can do it.  Heips Ei pitäisi puhua neuleista täällä, mutta nyt teen poikkeuksen. Eräälle lapselle on tulossa haalari tai joku sentapainen. Se on 110 cm pitkälle. Aloin tehdä sitä toivoen, että prinssi saisi sen pian, ennen kuin kasvaa ulos siitä. Hei taas, lukijani! Jos näette tässä kukkia, näette ihan oikein. "Pariisilainen Luomus" etenee pisto kerrallaan.  Hi again, dear readers The Creation de Paris is doing fine. One stitch at a time and it makes progress.   

"Tamma ja Varsa" ei vieläkään ole valmis. Yhtenä päivänä minä pistelin sitä kuin heikkopäinen, mutta aina vaan löytyi kohtia, joista puuttui pistoja. Eivät kaikki pistot vieläkään ole valmiit. Kunpa nuo, jotka nyt viimeksi bongasin, olisisvat ne viimeiset puuttuvat pistot. Sitten voisin hyvillä mielin laittaa kanavatyön menemään uuteen kotiinsa - ilman kehyksiä. Heidän kehysmakunsa on nimittäin erilainen kuin omani. Yleensä kyllä kehystytän lahjat, mutta tämä lahja on sellainen, että nyt saajan pitää päättää, miltä kehys näyttää. Mitä minä sitten olen pistellyt sinä aikana, kun olen odottanut mieleni rauhoittumista, niin että pystyn taas pistelemään "Tammaa ja Varsaa" ? No, muun muassa tätä. Kutsun tätä nimellä "Pariisilainen luomus". Tämä on osanottolahja eräälle ystävälleni, joka on tähän mennessä menettänyt sekä isänsä että äitinsä. Äiti kuoli tänä vuonna syksyllä, isä jo aiemmin.   Joku voi miettiä, miten näin iso kanavatyö voi saada pistoja pintaansa ...
